My children, today I want you to see and hear the humor and laughter that I place in your life daily, straight from My throne room. I put little things in your life that cause laughter and joy to well up inside you, but it is up to you to receive and enjoy it.
Why do you worry so over things that you cannot change? You tell Me that I am in control and you trust Me, but then worry about what I am doing and how long I am going to take doing it. If you would just look at what I am doing with you and see the joy that I have placed in your life no matter how small the seed, worry would not be a part of your life. You would have the joy that would get you through each and every day drawing you closer and closer to Me.
Too many of you think I am a buttoned up suit and tie God ready to only give you judgment, punishment or disapproval. You think that I am all about business and that I do not want My children to enjoy themselves. This is not so. Yes I am a God of order, but even in order there must be enjoyment for it to run smoothly and remain balanced. I love you and I want to enjoy time with you.
The enemy diverts your gaze from the things that I did that were strange, different, unthought-of, impossible, and extraordinary. I want you to open your eyes to see the nature of My laughter, to see My sense of humor in all things. Really read My word and see the things that I have done and continue to do.
Even when things are at their worst and all seems to be lost, if you are paying attention you will see the seeds of joy that I toss down to you from Heaven. Let them take root in your life and water them with praise. You will see the heaviness break and lift as you allow this joy to bubble up.
There is so much devastation. Darkness and evil are rising. There is demonic deception and unheard of wickedness about to be manifested. You are going to have to know how to stay joyful and see that I can bring you laughter. This will prevent these things from consuming and blinding you to who I am and what I am doing. If My children cannot enjoy themselves in Me and have true happiness and laughter than why would other souls want to be with Me?
Your joy and happiness need to be based upon your relationship with Me and not the circumstances surrounding you. You are going to have to learn what it is to truly enjoy yourself with Me and see that I want you to do this. You cannot allow circumstances or the enemy to keep stealing away this gift. It is time to grasp the gift of joy and laughter and hold fast to it.
At times the enemy makes you feel convicted if you even begin to allow yourself to have fun with Me. If the fun becomes out of balance or goes too far, I will be the one to correct you lovingly and get you back on track.
You must break free from this uptight bondage that you have been walking in. You must quit allowing your circumstances and situations to control you. Concern yourself with our relationship and what I want you to do to further My kingdom and help others.
I want you to see that this is a season of giving and receiving. I want you to receive My joy, My laughter, and My sense of humor. I want you to receive sight so you can appreciate the things I do all around you, both big and small. I design many things on purpose to make you laugh and bring you gladness.
Freedom comes in laughter. Healing comes in laughter. Strength comes in laughter. Wholeness comes in laughter. Laughter builds strong joy that you can draw on over and over again. As you learn to laugh and be joyful you will see a great change take place in your life and much rejoicing and praise will come from your lips.
Take in My joy, laughter, and sense of humor today. Then as your cup runs over, give it out to those I place in your path. Do not worry if they deserve it or not, just give it to them.
Anger and bitterness cannot stay were My joy and happiness mixed with love resides. Smother the anger, bitterness, hatred, and all manner of evil with My love, for there is nothing greater. When those who lash out at you bring you to the point of attack, simply say, “I love you anyway” or “God loves you anyway” and walk away. You will see how much better it is and when you walk away you will hear Me laugh, saying finally My child gets it. I will be encouraging you to smile inside knowing that you have put the enemy in his place. When you don’t fall into his trap you can walk in My love and joy.
Destroy the darkness with kindness, joy, laughter, and love from Me. Destroy the darkness with my light. Do not become dead but alive in Me. Enjoy yourself as you praise, worship, and celebrate Me and all that I have done and all that is to come.
My children, be on the lookout every day for the little things that I do to make you laugh and just laugh. Do not worry about tomorrow for tomorrow will have its own problems. Instead, concern yourself only with today and what you are to be doing to be obedient to My word and advance My kingdom. Be productive today and enjoy it. If you look for the joy in what you are doing there will be greater and better quality to it than if you are only doing it because you have to. You can find this joy as you praise Me, even if it is cleaning up dirty toilets.
Do not be foolish, cocky, arrogant, or sarcastic to those around you and cause them pain. This is not My joy and not how you are to delight yourself in Me. Pay attention My little ones because if you have to cause someone else pain to laugh, you must see it for what it is right now. Repent and allow Me to show you how to really laugh, be joyful, and rejoice as you should.
Many great and wonderful times are ahead even with all the evil lurking about. As you enjoy and lose yourself in Me, allowing Me to do a work inside, you will learn to walk in the fullness of My laughter, joy and love. You will start to have fun and understand the delight I have with My people that will come up to that level with Me.
I want you to be able to show everyone that you do not serve a dead God, one that has forgotten you. I want everyone to know that I am alive inside of you and My son has risen and has given you freedom to be happy. Show the world that I do have fun with My children. So get ready. Grasp ahold of this love, laughter, happiness, joy, and sense of humor and do not let it go again.
