My children, why do you not look at the good things that I do in your life? Why do you still look at the bad things, the negative things, the problems, the impossibilities, the discouragements, the mistakes, and all the things that bring you down? When you do this you suppress My joy. You allow My joy that I have placed inside of you to be snuffed out to about nothing.
Instead of looking at the problem, why not look to the problem solver? My son was a perfect example of seeing a problem and just looking to Me and knowing that I would come through and take care of the problem. When My son wanted to feed the multitudes and there was a boy that wanted to share his food, My son did not see a problem. Instead My son saw an opportunity to show just how great I am and an opportunity to perform a miracle in Me to save those who need their faith watered to believe.
He looked to Me the problem solver and allowed Me to take care of the situation. My son did not hesitate. My son did not fret or doubt. He simply believed and refused to see a problem. He put his trust and faith in Me. And this is one of many examples that I have given you on how to do this.
This is what I want you to do. I want you to quit looking at your problems today. I want you to see past the problems and see the potential miracles that I can perform in your life. I want you to take notice today and see the many things that I have already been doing for you and the things that I do for you each and every day. You will see that I have never left you. You will see that I have not forsaken you. You will now see fully that I am with you always and have always been right by your side.
Don’t you think that My son was expecting Me to show up? I chose to use a little boy’s obedience to share his lunch. Be very careful on putting limitations on how you are getting you miracles also. The little boy that day was very humble, but very willing to share his lunch. I honored his faith that day as well. He did not question Me and say it is not enough how can I possibly share this with the teacher and miracle worker. He did not complain or make excuse that it would not be enough or it was too small and kept it for himself. He simply took a step of faith and shared his little lunch by faith knowing that it was better than nothing.
Allow your faith to become a strong and vibrant faith. Quit looking at the size of things or coming up with excuses. Quit thinking that things are too small. Even a baby must take a very small step to begin to walk. But that first step leads to something that the child will do the rest of their life.
Get your eye on Me this day. Fill your life with much anticipation and ready to see miracles. Realize this day that I make much out of very little. Look at how I made you. Quit putting limits on Me. Be free of these excuses of limitations for I am unlimited God.
Read today about the miracle that My son performed through Me that day on the hill of feeding the congregation with a little child’s lunch. Let Me open your eyes and experience what really happened that day. Begin to see opportunity in your lives to let miracles happen that will touch multitudes of people and souls to begin to believe, seeds to be planted, and knees to fall before Me. It takes just a small simple step of faith by just giving Me the problem and allowing Me to show you how it is going to work out or simply giving you instructions on step by step ways on how to solve it or to just leave it alone.
Quit looking at the wrongs and negative things in your life. Look at the opportunities for blessings and miracles to happen in your life, great and small. As you do this you will feel your love and your joy really start to flame back up again. You will feel the heat become hotter and the joy will begin to bubble up once again. As you do this your strength will be restored. You will have a new out look on life and you will be able to go through it with great joy, knowing that you can look to Me the problem solver and miracles will continue to happen.
Quit looking at the problem and see the opportunity of miracles and blessings. I love you My children and I want you to get your joy back and increased. Take your eyes off of the should of, could of, would of, and the ideas you have on how to fix your problems. Place all of it in My hands. Listen attentively to what I have to say. Be obedient to any instructions that I give. Take the step of faith and just know that great and wonderful things are going to happen and I have taken care of it for your good and My glory.
So what do you say My children, are you going to take this step and walk in the joy that I have for you and walk seeing the opportunities or are you going to continue to be miserable trying to figure things out on your own? Take that step today and turn your eyes off the negative and look to Me and allow your joy to bubble, bubble, bubble.
John 6:1-14 (NIV)
Jesus Feeds the Five Thousand
6 Some time after this, Jesus crossed to the far shore of the Sea of Galilee (that is, the Sea of Tiberias), 2 and a great crowd of people followed him because they saw the signs he had performed by healing the sick. 3 Then Jesus went up on a mountainside and sat down with his disciples. 4 The Jewish Passover Festival was near.
5 When Jesus looked up and saw a great crowd coming toward him, he said to Philip, “Where shall we buy bread for these people to eat?” 6 He asked this only to test him, for he already had in mind what he was going to do.
7 Philip answered him, “It would take more than half a year’s wagesa]”>[a] to buy enough bread for each one to have a bite!”
8 Another of his disciples, Andrew, Simon Peter’s brother, spoke up, 9 “Here is a boy with five small barley loaves and two small fish, but how far will they go among so many?”
10 Jesus said, “Have the people sit down.” There was plenty of grass in that place, and they sat down (about five thousand men were there). 11 Jesus then took the loaves, gave thanks, and distributed to those who were seated as much as they wanted. He did the same with the fish.
12 When they had all had enough to eat, he said to his disciples, “Gather the pieces that are left over. Let nothing be wasted.” 13 So they gathered them and filled twelve baskets with the pieces of the five barley loaves left over by those who had eaten.
14 After the people saw the sign Jesus performed, they began to say, “Surely this is the Prophet who is to come into the world.”
Matthew 14:13-21 (NIV)
Jesus Feeds the Five Thousand
13 When Jesus heard what had happened, he withdrew by boat privately to a solitary place. Hearing of this, the crowds followed him on foot from the towns. 14 When Jesus landed and saw a large crowd, he had compassion on them and healed their sick.
15 As evening approached, the disciples came to him and said, “This is a remote place, and it’s already getting late. Send the crowds away, so they can go to the villages and buy themselves some food.”
16 Jesus replied, “They do not need to go away. You give them something to eat.”
17 “We have here only five loaves of bread and two fish,” they answered.
18 “Bring them here to me,” he said. 19 And he directed the people to sit down on the grass. Taking the five loaves and the two fish and looking up to heaven, he gave thanks and broke the loaves. Then he gave them to the disciples, and the disciples gave them to the people. 20 They all ate and were satisfied, and the disciples picked up twelve basketfuls of broken pieces that were left over. 21 The number of those who ate was about five thousand men, besides women and children.
